### Search before asking - [x] I searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/paimon-rust/issues) and found nothing similar. ### Please describe the bug 🐞 MERGE loses identifier quoting when generating internal SQL. For example, with matching rows in the target and source tables: ```sql MERGE INTO paimon.db.target AS "target alias" USING paimon.db.source AS "source alias" ON "target alias".id = "source alias".id WHEN MATCHED THEN UPDATE SET name = 'updated'; ``` - Expected: the matched row is updated successfully. - Actual: the statement fails with a SQL parsing error. Aliases containing reserved words or embedded double quotes also fail. Case-sensitive aliases such as `"Target"` can cause column resolution errors. ### Solution Keep aliases as sqlparser Ident values instead of extracting plain strings, preserving quoting, escaping, and case when generating SQL. Add regression tests for ordinary and Data Evolution tables, including subquery sources. ### Are you willing to submit a PR? - [x] I'm willing to submit a PR! -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
