### Purpose Closes #1276. Support common SQL function names that currently fail during planning, with explicit NULL, error, numeric, encoding, and time-zone contracts. ### Brief change log - Add regexp_extract/regexp_extract_all with capture groups, dynamic patterns/indices, Unicode, empty-match behavior, and invalid-input errors. - Add numeric mod, calendar-day date_sub, SHA-2 hex digests, and padded UTF-8/binary Base64 encoding. - Add curdate, timestamp_millis, and to_timestamp_ltz aliases. Forward configuration updates through timestamp aliases so session time-zone changes remain effective and native registrations retain their behavior. - Reuse existing locked dependency versions; no transitive version updates. ### Tests - Six regression tests cover signed/decimal remainder and zero errors; capture-group selection, no matches, optional groups, dynamic inputs and NULLs; leap dates and overflow; hash lengths and known digests; binary input and Base64 padding; and repeated session time-zone changes with exact epoch/type checks for native functions and aliases. - Passed `TZ=UTC RUST_MIN_STACK=16777216 cargo test --locked -p paimon-datafusion --all-targets`. - Passed formatting and `cargo clippy --locked --no-deps -p paimon-datafusion --all-targets -- -D warnings`. ### API and Format Adds SQL functions registered by SQLContext. No storage format or Rust public API changes. ### Documentation Documented function contracts and limits in the SQL guide. Regex uses Rust syntax. Timestamp formats and epoch units retain DataFusion semantics; Java/Spark format strings and the Flink numeric-plus-precision overload are not added by these aliases. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
