SQLContext at main a939bf70 has the following gap:
DataFusion's default SQL type planner rejects BINARY and VARBINARY query
casts. SQLContext can declare these Paimon column types but cannot use the
corresponding casts.
Reproduction (with the referenced catalog/table registered when needed):
```sql
SELECT CAST('ab' AS BINARY);
SELECT CAST('ab' AS BINARY(4));
SELECT CAST('abcd' AS VARBINARY(2));
```
Expected behavior: support these SQL forms with explicit type, NULL and
error semantics, meaningful regression tests, and existing catalog
authorization/error propagation.
