LuciferYang opened a new pull request, #10926:
URL: https://github.com/apache/paimon/pull/10926

   ### Purpose

   close #10925

The help of the `remove_unexisting_files` action documents `--partition`,
but the factory never read it, so the action always removed unexisting files
from every partition.

The factory now parses `--partition` like the `compact` action, and the
action only checks the partitions that match. If none matches, `run()` returns
without starting a job.

   ### Tests

`RemoveUnexistingFilesActionITCase`, on a table with missing files in both
partitions:

   - `testPartitionArgument`: after a run with `--partition pt=0`, a dry run
over the whole table still reports the missing files of `pt=1` and none of
`pt=0`. On master both are removed.
   - `testPartitionArgumentMatchingNothing`: `--partition pt=99` removes
nothing. On master everything is removed.

   ### API and Format

   no

   ### Documentation

   no
