### Purpose Allow REST catalog initialization without an explicit warehouse, matching Java client behavior. Closes #1301. ### Brief change log - Omit missing or empty warehouse values only from the config request query parameters. - Keep client options unchanged: explicit empty strings still override server defaults, while server overrides retain precedence. - Read the catalog warehouse from merged options. Existing merge logic is unchanged. ### Tests One focused test covers omitted, empty and explicit warehouse values. It verifies that only an omitted option uses the server default; an explicit empty string stays empty.
