### Rationale for this change CLI tests mostly configure command objects directly, leaving argument parsing and console output uncovered. Part of #3289. ### What changes are included in this PR? - Add a small helper that runs CLI arguments and captures output and exit codes. - Cover `schema` and `meta`, including schema format, output and overwrite options, and paths containing spaces. - Fix existing configuration-resource tests to decode paths containing spaces correctly. ### Are these changes tested? CLI suite: 70 passed, 2 skipped. Spotless, license checks, and `git diff --check` passed. ### Are there any user-facing changes?
