[~apurtell] Yea we can make this generic, it already pretty much is
[~ashuparekh] It looks like the only thing specific to queryserver is this line:
`jdbc:phoenix:thin:serialization=PROTOBUF`
Let's make that configurable as a parameter, and put this in the core Phoenix
project
