[~gjacoby] Uploaded the updated patch on the jira. Let me know if there is
anything else. Once this patch goes in, I would start working on making it work
with Table Sampling.
[~karanmehta93], [~tdsilva] - Addressed the deprecated api and imports too, let
me know if this is good to go in.
