We want to maintain a clear mapping between the Phoenix base table and the
HBase table so that it's possible to operate on the table outside of Phoenix.
If we add some kind of GUID, this becomes difficult. On top of that, there's
overhead for HBase tables, so we'd want to avoid proliferating too many of them.
