[~lhofhansl] ViewFinder.findRelatedViews() is also called when we resolve a
view or a view index. As part of PHOENIX-3534 we no longer store the parent
table column metadata along with the view or view index metadata. When we make
a call to the server to fetch the PTable of a view or a view index we will do a
point lookups on SYSTEM.CATALOG to load the ancestor column metadata.
