I think we have consensus based on the discussions on the dev mailing list on
creating a separate repo for the connects and another one for the query-server
(https://lists.apache.org/thread.html/970db0b5cb0560c49654e450aafb8fb759596384cefe4f02808e80cc@%3Cdev.phoenix.apache.org%3E).
The next step would be to create the repos, make the pom changes and move the
modules out. We didn't discuss the release process for the connector or
queryserver repo, but I assumed we can release them independently of phoenix
releases.
