Thanks [~ohads] no haste. Just had a bit of time to look at this.
For the write throughput I did try {{lowLatency: true}}, but it did not make
much of a difference. I have not tried it for the other cases, though.
Also note that I'm coming with this with dangerous half-knowledge. :) I haven't
spent much time looking at the code.
