Added the v1 version of patch for phoenix-queryserver project.
Major changes include
# Changing maven compiler version to 1.8
# Removing unused project dependencies and plugins
To discuss:
# Depend on released version of phoenix-core or SNAPSHOT version
# Packaging name changes for the classes.
# Automation for jenkins, other dev tooling etc.
