According to [~ckulkarni]: "It's coming from
IndexTool#configureJobForAysncIndex. It does a
fs = outputPath.getFileSystem(configuration);"
Also, we should fix the typo in the function name "configureJobForAysncIndex".
It's been bugging me for awhile now, and since it's private, changing it won't
hurt anything. :-)
