to me..
can you just check for ending quotes before trimming them (something like
isEndingWithTwoDoubleQuotes , throw IllegalArgumentException if they
DoubleQuotes exists at the start but not at the end of the input)
[~kpalanisamy], This definitely needs a small note at the end of this doc
https://phoenix.apache.org/bulk_dataload.html, you can work on it in a separate
JIRA as well.
