This happens because we assume the existence of the SYSTEM.CHILD_LINK table. In
case of a fresh cluster deployment with 4.15, if the first client to connect to
this cluster is a client with version < 4.15, this will be a problem since that
client would not have created SYSTEM.CHILD_LINK. Will put up a patch shortly.
