Existing code already make sure that preDDL/postDDL are only executed once,
only Data load/query are executed in multiple threads. Issue of
"TableAlredyExists/Duplicate" index can be resolved if we add "CREATE INDEX IF
NOT EXISTS" in scenario file for Indexes.
Everything else looks good.
Also don't include JAR version changes in this patch unless they are required
for this ITs.
