+1 overall, but "In addition to the changes for 4.12 and later, as well as the
changes for 4.8 - 4.11" somehow sounds a little confusing. I think "In Phoenix
4.7 and below" should suffice?
Also, "properites" is spelled incorrectly in the last line.
