I ran it a couple more times and now
_testDropTableCascadeWithChildViewWithIndex_ and
_testViewAndTableAndDropCascade_ also flap sometimes..The stack trace is:

Debugging this now. [~larsh] I think this may have been introduced because I
now set "phoenix.schema.dropMetaData" to true, but I'm not sure yet. I will run
this without any of my patches and see if the same behavior can be seen.
