The {{doGetTable}} will only work as long as SYSCAT hasn't split. You should 
use {{PhoenixRuntime.getTableNoCache}} which will return the parent table with 
all its inherited columns if the parent itself is a view and then call 
{{ViewUtil.addDerivedColumnsAndIndexesFromParent}}
I don't think you need to add this PTable to the cache as it contains the 
parent table columns as well and the original call to {{doGetTable}} would have 
added it to the cache if required.
