No, I can't. And I don't think ASF infra is going to want to enable new plugins
for you. I don't know if infra already has this service set up.
Regardless of the above, I am not in favor of relying on some external tool to
run our CI. I'd much rather see efforts invested into getting onto a new
version of Yetus and using the ASF Jenkins farm which we already have.
HBase has a lot of great infra built around this which can be copied.
