[~larsh] and [~gjacoby], When we designed the new TTL feature, PHOENIX-5629 was
not there. We created it for a debugging feature. If you attempt to leverage
it, you need to modify every sql statement that is generated on the client
side. Let's make sure we understand the implication of this before we suggest
it as the way to go.
