I've prepared and somewhat tested a new Matrix Jenkins job that runs on commits
for master at
[https://builds.apache.org/job/Phoenix-master-matrix]
In theory, this one could be enabled and the current one disable to switch over.
I am currently leaning towards leaving the precommit job alone, and testing all
profiles only in the above post-commit job.
