Oh never mind, the failure is due to the same:
checkJavadocWarnings
/home/jenkins/jenkins-slave/workspace/PreCommit-PHOENIX-Build/dev/test-patch.sh:
line 1093: checkJavadocWarnings: command not found
+ (( RESULT = RESULT + 127 ))
and your patch comments this call to checkJavadocWarnings, so it should be good
henceforth.
