I have no objection to putting a timeout on that
IndexVerificationOutputRepositoryIT test, but it's puzzling that it would need
one -- it's just creating an HBase (not Phoenix) table if it doesn't exist,
writing 2 rows, then reading them back with narrow range scans. If it's
consistently timing out, more investigation is needed as to why. Maybe a
minicluster issue?
