Josh Elser commented on PHOENIX-5786:
-------------------------------------

{quote}I should be able to deploy a SNAPSHOT build of phoenix-5.1.0 to central
to unblock this temporarily.
{quote}
This is done. Deployed 28eb6980a668dc3d98d387692aedf7bec863b6c7 as
5.1.0-SNAPSHOT.

[~stoty], you should also be able to do this with your ASF credentials,
following the directions to set up ~/.m2/settings.xml as described on
[https://infra.apache.org/publishing-maven-artifacts.html] under "setting up
your development environment", and then running a \{{mvn deploy -DskipTests
-Djacoco.skip}} (maybe add in spotbugs/findbugs/checkstyle skips too, if you
don't want to wait on those).
