This seems to be caused by the unneccessary */**/whatever* exclusion patterns
in relocations.
I have removed the unneccessary ***/pom.xml* patterns, and consolidated the
*/**/** and */** patterns to */***
With these changes I can see no difference in the resulting artifacts, and teh
shading times increases only by about 25%
compared to the pre- PHOENIX-6151 version.
