[~ckulkarni] The build added in the description of the Jira seems to be
invalid. Was the Jenkins pipeline changed recently? I found this pipeline:
[https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/job/PreCommit-PHOENIX-Build/]. However, this
doesn't publish the code coverage results. Can you please point me to the
pipeline where I can view the test results?
