I tried executing testCreateIndexAfterUpsertStarted() test locally 10, 20, 30
and 55 times in loop, and all these runs were successful. Moreover, for
precommit, 4.x multibranch and master multibranch builds, the test is passing
100% of times for the past ~10 builds. Attaching build results.
