Even though we do have a code style guide, unfortunately not every existing
file confirms to this.
I'm not sure what's the best way to handle this. Fixing it up when touching the
file makes it difficult to see what was changed.
Perhaps some whitespace-only mass reformat commits would be the best way to
bring the code base in line, while marking the changes as not affecting the
code logic.
