Come to think of it, we mainly shade in the slf4j backend into phoenix-client 
for the benefit of sqlline.py, and we can also add that from the script.

We could just switch over to using the embedded client in sqlline.py, and 
deprecate phoenix-client.

[~elserj] Do you think that having a logging backend shaded into phoenix-client 
is generally a good thing, or was it added only for the sqlline use case ?
