[~shahrs87]  I  try to change the java driver 
'phoenix-client-hbase-2.3-5.1.1.jar' to 'phoenix-5.0.0-HBase-2.0-client.jar' , 
The scripts execute ok ! So is it a bug of 'phoenix-client-hbase-2.3-5.1.1.jar' 
?
