MaxLookbackIT and TransformMonitorExtendedIT passed locally for me with the
workaround commit. I kicked off the test run for the PR again to see if that
cleans up any of the errors (though given the HBase 2.5 dependency needs to be
pointed to Hadoop 3, I'm not sure it would be?)
