THis seems to have been caused by PHOENIX-6884
The following test:
{noformat}
mvn clean verify -am -pl phoenix-core -Dtest=foo
-Dit.test=IndexRepairRegionScannerIT* -Dhbase.profile=2.5
-Djacoco.skip=true{noformat}
passes before PHOENIX-6884, but fails with it both on 5.1 and master.
Can you take a look [~kozdemir] ?
