There is just 1 test failure.
`org.apache.phoenix.jdbc.FailoverPhoenixConnectionIT#testConnectionWhenActiveZKRestarts`
which is a known flapper.
There is 1 spotbugs warning where I am setting the connection to use in test
for mock/spying purpose.
