This requires an avatica version that has CALCITE-5890.
Without that, Avatica will either complain about the unkown property, or just
silently ignore it (I haven't tested which one)

This won't do anything, unless it's built with an Avatica client that includes
CALCITE-5890, but it doesn't cause problems if the property is not specified.
