Unfortunately, not every test can be run a real cluster.
Some of them need special server-side configs, which would need dynamic
reconfiguration of the test cluster, while some of them totally depend on using
a Minicluster to inject test server-side components to ensure failures,
timeouts, etc.
This is a rarely used feature, and we don't have tests that can or cannot be
run on a real cluster marked properly.
