[~stoty] Agreed, even i was not able to run some testcases on realCluster , but
isn't it better to move those testcases depending on TaskRegionEnvironment or
internal server APIs to NeedsOwnMiniClusterTest category.
bq.Maybe a @Category could be added for tests that are expected to run on real
cluster.
I feel like most of the test cases in other two categories
ParallelStatsDisabledTest , ParallelStatsEnabledTest are already running on
real cluster but few depending on internal server APIs only failing , even i'm
ok to form a new category .
