JIRA - [PHOENIX-7632](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-7632) Adding the ReplicationLogProcessor for Replication Log Reader. The Replication Log Discovery (To be added as part of [PHOENIX-7568](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PHOENIX-7568)) would read the list of log files and use it to read and apply the mutations to respective HBase table.
