Running the test OpcuaPlcDriverTest in isolation everything is great, but once
I let it run all (especially OpcuaSubscriptionHandleTest) then it starts
blocking infinite on the first test on OpcuaPlcDriverTest.
> OPCUA tests don't run on aarch64
