### Describe the bug Some tests write test data to the system global `/tmp`: ``` /tmp/buckets /tmp/ns /tmp/ns1 /tmp/PolarisOverlappingTableTest /tmp/test-private*.pem /tmp/test-public*.pem ``` This is bad practice and should be replaced with JUnit's `@TempDir`.
