This implements `GenericTableCatalogAdapter` & `GenericTableCatalogHandlerWrapper` on top of `GenericTableCatalog` to provide auth for generic tables and the necessary abstractions to wire everything up to the REST endpoints. I've also introduced a config to optionally disable generic table functionality here in preparation for this, and done some refactoring to improve code re-use across the generic & Iceberg table code paths. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
