Addresses #891. This change helps make the Quick Start experience more
push-button where there are in-depth instructions on deploying Polaris locally
or on any supported cloud provider (AWS/Azure/GCP).
These changes are mostly taken from the `getting-started` examples that were
already checked into the repo but were not displayed on the Polaris website.
With these changes, the new structure of the Quick Start pages will look like
the following:
Further action items to help improve the unboxing experience include having
a published Docker image that users can use without having to build Polaris,
modifying instructions to use each cloud provider's respective blob storage as
the location for the `quickstart_catalog`, and adding more engines (such as
Hive and Flink) to the Docker images to help users quickly test sample
workflows. All of these action items are outside the scope of this PR and
should be addressed by other PRs.
