I tried formatting storageConfigInfo how you suggested, and I still get the same error. This is most likely just due to our s3 provider not supporting STS. I'll close this, but I'll probably find another place to inquire as to how something like gravitino can support vended-credentials without STS, whereas it seems implied that it's required for Polaris.
