Review Comment:
   It's not binding a service identity to specific credentials, for a same 
service identity, you can have many different credentials attached to it, all 
of them can be used to assume customer's iam role since they represents the 
same service identity.
   
   This PR only introduces a basic static service identity registry, different 
vendor may have different implementations. e.g. Snowflake will have an internal 
implementation to make it dynamic by extending the `ServiceIdentityRegistry`
   
   Will take a look into `AwsCredentialsProvider`, sry when I wrote the code, 
`AwsCredentialsProvider` is not there.
