One thing still block publishing is that Python distribution build was done by `makefile`, not gradle task. [#2530](https://github.com/apache/polaris/pull/2530) still cannot use what's inside `client/python/dist` as it was triggered as a gradle task. Is there a way to make python distribution via Gradle tasks, so that we can concatenate these tasks.
