### Describe the bug See the 1.3.0-incubating-rc0 release workflow: https://github.com/apache/polaris/actions/runs/19630892713/job/56210193303 In order to get to the proposed `[VOTE]` release e-mail template, we have to search for `releaseEmailTemplate` in the `Build source and binary distributions step`.
