It does: https://hub.docker.com/r/apache/polaris/ But I think what would be more helpful is the Polaris Maven artifacts: https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/apache/polaris/ – you would need to import `polaris-runtime-service` at a minimum (+ JDBC persistence I guess).
