Thanks for linking the dev ML discussion @dimas-b. From reading this thread and the ML discussion, it seems the open question is less about whether to support case-insensitive storage type names and more about where this normalization should live (API layer, deserialization, shared enum handling, etc.) and how broadly it should apply across endpoints. I’ll follow the ML discussion closely and am happy to help with a follow-up proposal or implementation once there’s alignment on the intended approach.
