I ran the Ozone getting-started example from `main` again and it worked fine
without the `X-Iceberg-Access-Delegation` in Spark... :shrug:
Adding `X-Iceberg-Access-Delegation=""` to the README just does not feel
right to me as it might be a source of confusion for users.
